During that time he has helped launch site for all types of companies including startups and established companies. He has extensive experience leading teams comprised of designers, marketing professionals, software developers, and business professionals. His helped design and develop IT projects in the healthcare, government, non-profit, and corporate industries. Joel’s current role is president for Switchbox, Inc. located in Columbus, Ohio where he continues to enjoy helping clients with the process of integrating technology to improve their businesses.
Adam Jackson - Director of OperationsAfter graduating With Honors from The Ohio State University, Adam spent 6 years at a Fortune 500 company leaving as Vice President in retail sales. He then consulted for numerous non-profit and for-profit companies helping launch and grow them into sustainable and flourishing organizations. Adam holds multiple licenses and certifications with proven skills in sales & marketing, strategy & development, as well as executive leadership and operations. Now, as Director of Operations at Switchbox, Inc., he focuses on interactive strategy and business development while conducting operational and project management.
Emily Krombach - Accounting/BookkeepingMrs. Krombach has extensive experience in customer service, inventory management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, commissions, human resources; she has strong leadership skills and a proven track record in operations management and related accounting. Her Direct responsibilities have included vendor management, inside sales management, staff management, pricing and terms negotiations. Her work environments have included commercial developers, food service dealers and marketing companies. Her current position involves handling the daily Accounting functions for Switchbox.
Ninja H. Stephens - Office DogGraduating from Barkley at only age 3, Ninja is a trained HR professional that rules the halls with an iron paw. When it's time to play, everyone knows it. And when it is time for walks he's the first at the door. Kid and client friendly, he's a hit at meetings. He will be the only form of nepotism that you'll find at Switchbox.
Eric Tanudji - Lead Web DeveloperEric Tanudji has worked with software, web applications, and user interface design and development for over 5 years. He joined the consulting field 2 years ago after graduating with a Masters Degree in Information Systems and Management with a concentration in Information System Tools from Keller Graduate School of Management. He also has a Bachelors degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University. Specializing in Microsoft.NET and SQL Server database, Eric is a lead web developer for Switchbox, Inc. He has been using his skills on web and software development projects for clients ranging from attorneys, government agencies as well as manufacturing, industrial, insurance, and medical companies.
Matt Bohach - Web DeveloperMatt Bohach has over 10 years of experience in web application development and design. He graduated from DeVry University with a degree in Computer Information Systems. Matt is currently a web developer at Switchbox Inc. where he works individually on medium-sized projects while acting as lead developer on larger projects.
Rob Carroll - Web DeveloperRob Carroll has 2 years of experience in the software design, development, and consulting fields and an additional two years of experience in the hardware support, sales, and consulting fields. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Computer and Information Science. Rob’s current role is a Web Application Developer for Switchbox, Inc., where he continues to develop the latest in website technology.
Mike Prescott - Web DeveloperMike has been designing and developing sites for over 4 years. Prior to his web works, he studied programming at the Center for Advanced Technologies since he was 15. Although originally studying film at UCF, he graduated with a Bachelor's in Digital Media in '08. While primarily focused on user-centered design, his interests have been shifting towards web architecture and search engine optimization.
