I do a lot of speaking and working with young software developers, scrum project managers, mobile app developers, you name the title I’ve met with them.  I always get asked “What do I need to do to get a great job as a software developer in Columbus, Ohio?”  Since I’ve hired probably 50 developers (mostly ASP.Net and Ruby on Rails) I thought I would answer the question here.
